Full Moon Soul Sister Circles
A monthly gathering for women to come together in reflection, ritual, and connection with the rhythms of the moon. Through guided meditation, gentle ritual, and shared space, we release what no longer serves and reconnect with ourselves and each other in a supportive, heart-centered circle. 7:00pm on Tuesday evenings closest to full moon phase.

Meditation & Mindfulness classes
A gentle guided meditation experience to help you slow down, settle in, and return to yourself. Using breath, body awareness, and natural imagery, each session offers a space to soften, reconnect, and simply be. 11:00am Wednesdays and Saturdays.

I'm Debbie Carlson-Gould
I am a meditation teacher and ritual guide and I have been holding contemplative and creative spaces for women for over 10 years. My work centers on presence, inner listening, and creating practices that invite people to slow down and remember what they already carry.
While navigating my cancer journey and recovery journey, I discovered healing and helping practices that literally changed my life. So, I studied them and eventually became certified: Warrior Goddess Facilitator, Holy Usui Reiki II, Life Coach and Spiritual Coach.
